Stand With Jussie? I Have Questions

Jussie Smollett, star of Fox’s hit television series Empire, was allegedly attacked by two men while in Chicago on Tuesday. Smollett says the two men assaulted him, doused him in bleach, and wrapped a rope around his neck while simultaneously using homophobic and racist language—at one point shouting “this is MAGA country.” The incident is being investigated as a hate crime. However, there seems to be several inconsistencies in the actor’s story.
