Police Go After Gym Patrons

Dom Giordano talks with attorney Kevin Barry about the government going after the patrons of Atillis Gym. Barry expresses his belief that the government is out to hurt the business by going after the patrons and explains how the authorities are going after them out of view from the media. Barry adds that if this is perfectly legal, they should be doing this in front of the media. 

 

Patrons of Businesses Should Not Become Targets

Dom Giordano opens the show discussing the statistics that should be broadcast by the news outlets, as opposed to the facts that are shared that boost their own agenda. Dom addresses the police citations levied against patrons of businesses and criticizes this motion. Dom takes your calls on the issue and also fields for the greatest pairing of all-time. Plus, Dom talks with a Reverend about reopening his church and the annoying slogans that are born of the pandemic.

 

Liberty University President Jerry Falwell, Jr. Calls Out New York Times for Trespassing

Dom Giordano talks with Liberty University President Jerry Falwell, Jr. about the decision made during Spring Break to withhold classes in the classroom. Falwell explains why some students had to return to campus, though they were encouraged not to if at all possible. Falwell talks about the "No Trespassing" signs that were blatantly ignored by The New York Times and points out that they never reached out to the school for comment. Falwell reveals Liberty University will be taking the publication to court for their actions.  Falwell says Liberty University will open in September, pointing to the data showing COVID-19 is low-risk in college-aged students. Nonetheless, Falwell says there will be precautions taken. Falwell also lauds the Liberty University online program, explaining it allows the school to do what others cannot. Plus, Falwell comments on the Liberty student drafted by the NFL who came down with COVID-19.
