On today's show, Rich lamented the "gotcha" era in which people are on the lookout for ways to expose others for issues from the past. Rich explained the mentality of these social justice warriors and explained how they are able to dig up skeletons in the closets of people everywhere.

"There are people who love this. They live off of this, they feed off of this.  This, 'I've gotcha...Now I'm going to destroy you, make myself famous in the process,' goes on all the time.

"Nobody's safe from this. If you've ever done anything or said anything that's offensive, this could happen to you tomorrow because there are ways they can search Tweets, there are ways they can search posts on sites that are gone like MySpace or Friendster or something like that. If it's ever on the internet, it's there forever."
