PHILADELPHIA (1210 WPHT)- Senior Advisor to Trump’s PA Campaign David Urban said he has doubts about a Democratic victory in Pennsylvania in the 2020 Presidential Election.

“I think the Democratic Party right now, nationally, is completely out of step with most Pennsylvanians,” said Urban, in an interview with The Rich Zeoli Show.

“Pennsylvania’s not an easy state to win for a Republican, but I think for 2020, I like our chances.”

Urban criticized the media for their negative coverage of Trump.

“They continue to run negative stories about this president, and still his popularity remains very high,” said Urban.

On the subject of Joe Biden, Urban exposed Biden’s identity crisis.

“He was born in Pennsylvania, but he left in 1952,” Urban explained. “He’s a Senator from Delaware, not Pennsylvania.

“I try to correct people. I call in or text [cable news shows] and say, ‘He’s not a Pennsylvanian.’”

Urban also attacked Biden’s working-class roots.

“He went to Archmere Academy in Claymont, DE. A very…tony, very nice high school,” said Urban. “He sure left his working-class roots when he was 9 and left Scranton, I promise you that.”

According to Urban, Trump does not see Biden as a threat to his potential 2020 victory.

“As the President points out, Joe Biden, in both presidential runs really peaked at about 1 percent,” Urban explained. “He’s really not been a very strong candidate when he’s run on his own.”
