In today's hour of non-stop talk, Rich discussed Governor Wolf implementing a shutdown of bars and restaurants in the surrounding counties of Philadelphia, taking practice steps to prevent any chance of spreading the virus, and last night's debate between Joe Biden and Bernie Sanders.

Rich discussed his own research over the weekend on what happens when the government, specifically the state government, implements quarantines and so-called "social distancing" to prevent the spread of viruses like COVID-19.

Economist with the American Institute of Economic Research Peter Earle joined discussing the effects of quarantines to prevent the spread of diseases and South Korea's handling of the COVID-19 outbreak and how the US could implement similar practices to prevent infection.
