Today, Dom spoke with Tom Fitton, President of Judicial Watch about a multitude of topics in which Fitton is investigating. First, Dom and Tom discussed the Jeffrey Epstein situation, in which Epstein allegedly committed suicide this past weekend. Judicial Watch has declared that they will be opening an investigation into Epstein's death, in order to dig up the truth of what seems to be a very fishy situation. Also, Fitton discussed the Ohr 302s, which prove a disturbing obsession by the FBI to oust Trump using the Steele dossier. Finally, on Twitter today Fitton revealed that he estimates that 900,000 non-citizens voted in the most recent midterm elections and explains how he arrived at that number.

Dom also spent some time having fun at CNN host Chris Cuomo’s expense, after Cuomo was caught on video cursing and threatening a man for calling him ‘Fredo’ Cuomo. Cuomo said that calling an Italian-American ‘Fredo’ is the equivalent of calling a black man the n-word. Dom pontificates on whether or not ‘Fredo’ is remotely offensive, and because of the Godfather reference, asks callers to give their favorite Godfather quote.

Finally, Dom spoke about his Twitter poll question of the day, which reflected a CNN report that nearly three-quarters of Americans want undocumented immigrants to legally stay in the United States. According to a similar poll posted on Dom’s Twitter, over 90% are against this notion. The poll comes from Pugh Research, which in the past has been very credible with their published polls, but this seems a bit… off.
