Matt Rooney on the RNC and NJ Budget

Matt Rooney, founder of SaveJersey.com, joins the Dom Giordano Program to recap the second night of the Republican National Convention and to discuss issues in New Jersey. First, Dom and Matt look ahead to tonight, discussing the upcoming speeches by Vice President Mike Pence and others as they focus on American exceptionalism. Then, Matt and Dom discuss a story from NJ.com that focuses on Union, NJ head coach Lou Grasso, Jr., who mentioned that if one player kneels, he’ll make all his players kneel. Finally, Rooney lays out the details of the new New Jersey budget, which adds a number of new taxes to the already long list of taxes that New Jerseyians must pay.

More Police Cruisers Set Ablaze in Philadelphia

Steve Keeley, ace reporter from Fox 29, joins the Dom Giordano Program to discuss another police car fire, making it now the 94th cruiser set on fire since the March 31st riots in response to the murder of George Floyd. Keeley recounts what we know right now, revealing that the suspect was captured on surveillance footage fleeing the area by bike, and explains why this rash of arson is incredibly dangerous not only to police officers, but to the citizens of Philadelphia.

Lower Merion Mother Speaks Out Against Radical Race Lessons

Dr. Elana Fishbein, the mother who exposed the decision by Lower Merion School District to teach Kindergarteners about race, joins the Dom Giordano Program to discuss her findings. Fishbein reveals that she has resided within the LMSD for the past 10 years, and it has continually progressed towards indoctrinating students with a far left agenda, with strong support from liberal parents. Fishbein reads passages from the book in question, A Kids Book About Racism, which pushes a radical ideology of race relations. Fishbein makes it known that she is all for educating students about race, but not indoctrinating them to a political ideology.
