PA Rep. Mike Reese on Youth and High School Sports

Pennsylvania State Representative Mike Reese joins the Dom Giordano Program to discuss the issue of getting children and teenagers back into organized sports come Fall. Reese also serves on the oversight board for the Pennsylvania Interscholastic Athletic Association, which governs high school and junior high sports in the state of Pennsylvania. Reese proposes what he believes to be the best path forward for getting kids back to playing sports, and discusses what needs to be done by those in power for it to come to fruition.

Foundation for Individual Rights In Education Takes On Stockton U

Zach Greenberg, Program Officer at the Foundation for Individual Rights in Education (FIRE), joins the Dom Giordano Program to discuss an incident at Stockton University, in which a student was punished with his education derailed after using a Zoom background featuring the face of President Trump. Greenberg lays out the situation that led to the punishment of the Stockton student, the punishment that the student received, and how the foundation will pursue legal action to remediate the situation. Greenberg and FIRE sent a letter addressing the incident to the school, and expect a response by next week.
