Marc Lotter on the DNC and Michelle Obama

Marc Lotter, Director of Strategic Communications for the Trump 2020 campaign, joins the Dom Giordano Program to reflect upon the first night of the Democratic National Convention. First, Lotter discusses the apparent lack of planning that went into the event, particularly with Michelle Obama having no mention of Kamala Harris’s bid as Vice President. Also, Lotter discusses and previews the upcoming Republican National Convention.

Kathy Barnette on Heightened Crime in Philadelphia

Kathy Barnette, opponent of Congresswoman Madeleine Dean in the upcoming election, joins the Dom Giordano Program to discuss the rhetoric spewed last night during the first night of the Democratic National Convention. Barnette points out that the negative messaging about the country was incredibly disheartening. Also, Barnette discusses the issue of rising crime in Philadelphia and the Philadelphia city council’s initiative to collect guns from citizens, noting that the Democratic policies leading up to this have largely caused the issues.

Mike Huckabee on Susan B. Anthony Pardon and DNC

Governor Mike Huckabee rejoins the Dom Giordano Program to discuss the Democratic National Convention. First, though, Dom reveals that President Donald Trump will pardon Susan B. Anthony today, and asks Huckabee how many pardons he gave, and how he decided who deserved a pardon as a Governor. Then, the Governor tries to explain John Kasich’s behavior, who on the debate stage said he’d support the eventual nominee in 2016, but is now campaigning for the opponent.
