Steve Keeley of Fox29 returns to the Dom Giordano Program for a report on a situation that unfolded in the Germantown section of Philadelphia earlier this week, in which a suspect in a fatal carjacking using an AK-47 style assault rifle was shot and killed by Philadelphia police officers. This comes just days before another mass shooting this morning in the city of Philadelphia. Also, Keeley reports from a satellite voting office at City Hall and tells what he sees going on.

Wally Zimolong Updates On PA Waiver Case

Philadelphia attorney Wally Zimolong returns to the Dom Giordano Program to provide an update on a lawsuit that focuses on the biased waiver system that deems which businesses are allowed to open under pandemic regulations in the state of Pennsylvania. Waivers were seemingly handed out based on favoritism, with examples of businesses not being allowed to open while same-town competitors are given the green light. Wally updates the case, and tells of a press conference held by Pennsylvania Auditor General Eugene DePasquale’s investigation into the waiver program, calling the program one rife with “shifting sands” and “uneven playing fields.”

Liz Preate Havey on Vote Security

Liz Preate Havey, Chair of the Montgomery County GOP, rejoins the Dom Giordano Program to provide an update on the fight over election security, updating the audience on mail-in ballots and drop boxes in and around the Philadelphia region.
