It's Climate Confession Time! Is There Anything You'd Like To Confess To The Climate Gods?

Today, Dom started off the show talking about a congressional hearing held yesterday, in which youth climate activists provided their take on the climate crisis. One particular attendee caught Dom’s attention, a high schooler form Washington named Jaime Margolin, who held no punches when attacking lawmakers over their stance on the climate change. Margolin, who has ‘missed a lot of school’ to fight climate change, insists that in 30 years she will be a congresswoman to continue her fight against the crisis. In her 5+ minute opening statement, Margolin tells the horror story of her last two summers, and says she gets offended when people say she has a ‘bright future’. She goes on to tell that a lot of her high school friends ask existential questions as to why they even have to study when the world is going to end soon. Dom has some fun with her testimony. Also, NBC News is being mocked for a new portion of their website that takes ‘climate confessions.’

Corey Lewandowski On Yesterday’s House Judiciary Committee Clown Show

Then, after making news all day yesterday due to a hilarious clown show in a House Judiciary Committee hearing, Corey Lewandowski joins the Dom Giordano Program to explain why he responded to lawmakers the way he did, and talks about the pushback he’s gotten from his, as CNN’s Amanda Carpenter puts it, ‘owning’ of ‘the libs.’ Lewandowski also talks about a Tweet he sent during a recess yesterday announcing a run for a New Hampshire senate seat.

The Liberal Blackface Hypocrisy

Finally, Dom talks about 3 new instances in which liberal Canadian Prime Minister Justin Trudeau is photographed wearing blackface. Dan gets fired up over the media response to this news, due to the liberal hypocrisy that happens whenever a politician of their own ilk is caught in a scandal that would be considered incredibly offensive if it were a conservative.
