On today's Dom Giordano Program, Dom led off the first hour talking about a hilarious moment in a Judiciary Committee hearing from July 12th, where Georgia democrat Hank Johnson accused Republicans of besmirching Robert Mueller by calling him “mew-ler” rather than “muller,” asking whether or not the Republicans had a secret pact to mispronounce his name. Representative Johnson has a long history of stupidity, dating back to a time where he asked whether or not the island Guam would capsize due to the addition of a military base. Also, Dom has fun at Rashida Tlaib’s expense, after she played Robin Hood at the NAACP conference. Her push for a $20 minimum wage prompted today’s side topic: what do you think the most underpaid profession is? Also, Dom debates Dan and a professional gamer on the legitimacy of e-sports as a real sport.

Dom led off the second hour talking to Republican New Jersey State Senator Robert Singer, who along with Democratic Senate President Steve Sweeney, has proposed a bill condemning antisemitism. Dom thinks that anti-Semitic people should be able to speak freely, so he can see who the idiots are out there, and he grills Sen. Singer on the free speech implications of the bill the legislator set forth. Then, National Review’s Andy McCarthy joins the show to discuss tomorrow’s Mueller hearing, and McCarthy tells Dom how he thinks Republicans should approach the hearing. Dom also asks listeners what they’d want the Republicans to ask at the hearing, prompting one caller to say he’d love to hear the classic ‘boxers, briefs, or bikinis’ question.

In the third hour, Dom discussed a story out of Canada, in which a transwoman caused a salon to close after he (she? xe? it?) couldn’t get his… ahem… man parts waxed. Dom explains that he thinks this is what’s to come in the United States, expounding that this is the natural progression for the demands issued in the Masterpiece Cakeshop case. Then, due to yesterday’s side-topic of biggest pet peeves, both Dom and Dan give their top 10 biggest pet peeves, and Dan gets a bit fiery when discussing a couple of his biggest peeves. Finally, Dom circles back on a topic from the first hour, in which Democratic Georgia Congressman Hank Johnson made a fool of himself… again.
