The Dom Giordano Program
Tuesday, March 31st
New Jersey State Senator Joe Pennacchio returns to the Dom Giordano Program for an update on his efforts to break loose drugs that give hope, such as Hydroxychloroquine. Initially, Pennacchio explains that a petition for a right-to-try regarding the experimental drug began with only doctors as signatories. Since then, entire countries and the FDA have joined Pennacchio's effort in giving hope to Coronavirus patients. Today in a press release, Pennacchio said, "we know [HCQ] works. That discussion is over with. Now it’s time to use HCQ to help keep people healthy, break the back of the pandemic, and release people from isolation." Pennacchio explains to Dom his steps moving forward in making the potential treatment widely available to Coronavirus patient under a doctor's supervision. (Photo by Getty Images)
