Senator Pat Toomey on Coronavirus and the Importance of Masks

​Dom Giordano talks with Senator Pat Toomey about wearing a face covering throughout the COVID-19 pandemic and the cultural problem that people have to make because of it. Toomey explains how he laid out a proposal that people wear some sort of face covering, adding that it falls in line with the obvious prevention measures such as coughing into an elbow. Toomey talks about countries in East Asia that wear masks all the time, pointing out they have had much lower rates of transmission.
