Wildwood Mayor Pete Byron rejoins the Dom Giordano Program after the mayor appealed New Jersey Governor Phil Murphy’s decision to extend a ban on indoor dining in the face of a pandemic. Murphy blamed “knuckleheads” Monday and cited recent scenes from expanded outdoor bar and restaurants showing packed crowds not wearing masks and ignoring social distancing. Byron argues against this edict, noting that there are business owners already stretching in his town who will indeed lose their livelihoods if this restriction stands. The Mayor also explains that it’s more dangerous to do something like this, because it redirects all the tourists onto the boardwalk. (Photo by Michael B. Thomas/Getty Images)
